...a visit to the museum needn’t be boring! Children are allowed to get to work with the real exhibits in a playful way. They can examine the skeleton of a Roman horse or take a closer look at (or smell of…) a mediaeval piss-pot. Eek! Let’s see if your children can find their way on the Peutinger Map, a real Roman road map. Or would your little artist prefer to get going with the design of a Roman fresco? Or is your (grand)child a real whiz kid and better at deciphering world-famous calendar plates? Find out! After all, there is no better way to learn than by taking part in playful activities. The workshop is always attuned to the theme of the current exhibitions. Open every Sunday and during school holidays.
